Returns

    • Items can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Certain products, such as consumables (e.g., welding rods, gas cylinders, etc.), customised items, or clearance products, may not be eligible for return.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@completewelding.co.uk with your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation if applicable. Please do not send your return without contacting us first.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50 to ensure that your returned item is received.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at sales@completewelding.co.uk with your order number and details.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@completewelding.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
